Dementia patients in Dutch village given 'alternative reality'

A dementia care home in the Netherlands is experimenting with a new way of treating patients by offering by offering them an “alternative reality”. Hogeweyk is being compared to the film the Truman Show but could other countries learn lessons from how the Dutch are dealing with the disease?
