During an onsite inspiration and study program in The Hogeweyk, you will be fully immersed in our vision and care concept: a social approach to care and support. There will be ample opportunity to discuss operational details, choices made, and possible alternatives. We explore the Hogeweyk® Care Concept, built on 7 pillars. We introduce the Be Advice Paradigm© and share our international experience in supporting initiatives around the world. You will see how others have translated The Hogeweyk concept to their own country, culture and context. We will make the translation to your own situation and elaborate on our vision for the future—Hogeweyk 3.0 and beyond.
